The engine crash bar has been specially developed for the BMW R1200GS LC and offers increased protection of the cylinders. Especially when tipping over or in case of a fall, this could be a life insurance for you and your liquid cooled Enduro. Expensive engine repairs can be avoided.
The elaborated design and the additional reinforcement brackets assure a uniform distribution of the forces. This ensures very good protection for the liquid cooled BMW R1200 GS.
The engine guard is made of electro-polished and shot peened stainless steel. It has a high resistance against corrosion. Our tailor made crash bars offer a high level of protection and are perfectly integrated into the design of the R1200GS LC.
The delivery includes a kit of engine protectors for both sides and all necessary hardware fo an easy installation.
