Usage:

For bikes with 28 mm (28,6 mm) handlebar and hole spacing of 37,5-45,5 mm. These are handlebar risers with offset mounted on the original lower handlebar clamps. The handlebar position can be adjusted to personal needs by shifting it either forwards or backwards.
