Keep it simple - that was the intention in the development of this simple but ingenious helmet lock system for the liquid-cooled GS.
The key-skill is the flexible steel cable, which disappears discretely under the seat when not in use. As soon as it is needed - e.g. to take the helmet or the jacket, it is simply pulled out in the required length, led through the helmet, back through the lock, complete and finished.
The carrier, including the lock, is installed very fast and integrates conspicuously inconspicuously into the overall picture of the machine.
The lock cylinder is previously coded on the vehicle key, eliminating the annoying additional key. Below you will find the instructions for coding the lock cylinder as well as the installation instructions for this helmet lock as a video instruction.
